older Americans celebrating with wine

Murphy and Jayla visit with Dr. Benzi Kluger, an associate professor of neurology and Director of the Neurology Supportive and Palliative Care Clinic at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Dr. Kluger explains that this relatively new program is dedicated to changing the model of care to cover the gaps that exist for patients and families. This team based clinic is open to any patient or family affected by a neurologic or neurosurgical condition. Their goal is to improve the quality of life and reduce suffering for patients and families. Listen to Dr. Kluger. We all hope this is the future direction of health care.
